How delivery works
- Place an order online or by calling/texting (916) 520-WELL.
- Your delivery’s Estimated Times of Arrivals (ETA) will be sent via text once the courier departs. (Guarantee 1hr or less except traffic time)
- An updated ETA text will be sent as your courier approaches the delivery location.
- You must be present with a valid physical Government ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. If you’re under 18th, you will need your MMCI card present.
- Your first order cannot exceed $250.
- Deliveries must be completed at the door for hotels; the door, side gate, or garage for residences; or a private room of your personally owned business
- We accept cash, debit, credit, venmo, cryptocurrencies
- Any returns or exchange to be reported to within 24 hours since purchase.
