Return and Exchange Policy

All sale are final on cannabis products. However, we will work with you if you believe your purchased item is defected and reported within 24 hours from purchase.

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 24 hours from date and time of purchase. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that was received, and in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Your proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, kindly contact us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refund is granted:

  • Product shows obvious signs of use
  • Item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Exchange attempt past 24 hours of purchase

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via [email protected].

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your Exchange will be processed, and delivery will be arranged with you via call or text. There’s $5 fee for same day exchange if reasons not due to our error.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
